Corporate Scholarship Program with Carl Zeiss AG

AFS Germany is operating a Corporate Scholarship Program with Carl Zeiss AG that benefits employees' s children to take part in the AFS program 2013/14. The company  has  decided to offer its funding of a partial scholarship to students from all countries where both AFS and Carl Zeiss are operating!

For the NH13 cycle, children of employees in your country are eligible to apply for  a Carl Zeiss partial Scholarship for the year or semester program.

The scholars can choose between these destinations as host countries: Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Turkey, USA.

Carl Zeiss will dish out a total of  10 scholarships.

Carl Zeiss will promote the scholarship within the company, which means that you do not need to promote this opportunity. The  Corporate Scholarship Flyer  is launched  in the Carl Zeiss intranet for the employees.

1. send application papers to students who request them and answer questions. This is also your chance to enclose your other publicity and promotional materials, put the student in touch with a chapter and advise on your particular deadlines and dates etc. The students could also apply online as they received the online link to the online application in English.
2. include the applicants into your regular selection processes.
3. inform AFS GER of the names of all candidates who are successful in your selection process as soon as it is completed.
4. send a copy of the complete final application papers of your selected students as pdf directly to me by 31st of January 2013.
